Current Honorees

The medals awarded by La Renaissance Française recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to strengthening cultural and linguistic connections between French-speaking countries and the United States.  Honorees include distinguished academics, writers, artists, musicians, scientists, culinary experts, artisans, and advocates of French heritage.  La Renaissance Française, USA , hosts a ceremony in the United States to present four medals: la médaille de la Renaissance Française, la médaille du Rayonnement culturel, la médaille des Valeurs francophones, and la médaille de Solidarité et Valeur.
